Bob build tool should not compile tango/core/vendor/ldc/{bitmanip,vararg}.d

Description

Those files are duplicates from tango/core/rt/compiler/ldc/ldc/ (or viceversa) so the symbols are included twice in libtango.a (which makes things harder on trying to compile tango as a shared object because you get multiple definitions errors).
