Description

While I probably won't use it myself - as I intend to simplify it to a bare-minimum binding (including only what I'm actually using) - I figured this would be a useful binding for tango. It's organized very well, and seems to be very complete (I'm using it right now)

I wouldn't object to it being put into tango.sys.linux. It's not really a "standard" linux header, but it still seems pretty essential for any UI programming on Linux, so...

I don't think it should go in sys.linux though, considering it is more of unixy thingy in general.

resolution set to wontfix.

Even if it is essential system stuff, most GUI programmers on *nix probably use stuff built on top instead. I think this should stay outside of Tango for now.
