Description

Please add equivalents of phobos' getGCHandle, setGCHandle, endGCHandle or another mechanism of sharing EXE's GC with DLLs.

Not sure it is truly invalid, but I'm uncertain of how usable DLL's truly are in a D context. I think it should remain closed unless Sean says differently.
