This is a Windows build, so it won't work.
In principle, Poseidon is developed platform independent, so if you could build DWT (the GUI library on which Poseidon is based on) on Linux, you also could build Poseidon with this DWT-version from source. But that's obviously not an easy task.
And since the update rate of Poseidon is not very high, this would be a wasted time!
If you want a working D-IDE on GNU/Linux, try Codeblocks. It's far from perfect, but its usable and the D-support is available by default!
