I've seen some postings about legal issues, just to clarify ....
I've NO IDEA what the actual legal status is, BUT
these where ports of the header files that are supplied with DMC
i.e. c:\dm\include\win32
So as these ports where intended to be included with D (phobos)
and Digital Mars have the rights to redist those headers
I see no legal conflict. however as Walter does not want them I'm not sure where that leaves things. I may contact MS and see what the positon is but in reality it is only of issue if you are writing a commercial piece of software.
