Hi all!

I just attached a .tgz package on the main project page. It contains what will become the library plus a little test file (plz compile with -unittest).

It already has a little bit of functionality but was not tested at all and does not have any exception handling by now.

I will continue working on it as much as my calender allows me.

If you have any !, ?, or #!%!@!!! dont hesitate to post them here.
