Hi,

as suggested here the page became too big and should be split into separate pages for the contributors (=file list), the translation instructions and the discussion.

Also maybe the readme file in the repository should not contain a copy of the translation instructions but only a link to the wiki page for the instructions (or vice versa). Keeping both in sync will not work.
