Building the 0.98 libs from source.

Basic information follows.
OS - windows 7 professional (s1)
Snapshot version - 0.98 (d2 version)
dmd2 version - 2.058
dmd libs - phobos only (no tango)
build commands:
makelib. bat
-or -
dfl -dfl-build

I have been trying to build the svn copy of the source code.
The error I get is:
socket.d(89): Error: module intrinsic is in file 'std\intrinsic.d' which cannot
be read.
Where is my error? (sc.ini config error or where?)

Also, (cheating, I know) anyone have the compiled libs stuffed some where?
