For CDT there is a plugin for scons:

SConsBuilder Plugin

This can be found at http://nic-nac-project.de/~lothar/eclipse/update/SConsBuilderPlugin.html

It is licensed as CPL. This would be a nice feature for eclipseD. Tweaking it a little bit to get integrated into eclipseD.
