Yes, still active. I haven't been checking the forums much anymore because few people stop by.
The best version to go with right now is 1.0 (the only tagged version). Version 1.x beyond that is for ActiveXObject development, which is partially complete. Version 2.x is a complete rewrite.
Help is always welcome. Best to contact me at murpsoft@hotmail.com |

The best way to check activity is Trac's timeline.
Last two months:
http://www.dsource.org/projects/walnut/timeline?from=02%2F06%2F08&daysback=60
seems alive.
PS: I just stumbled upon this project, and noted to missing important little things:
a) dates on the history section of the wiki;
b) "ECMAScript" in the project description. (You don't find "ecma" by searching dsource.org's project list page. Also, lower Google rank when searching for an ecma engine.) |

Yeah, I tend to cyclically go hard for about 2-3 months and then abandon the project for about as long.
It's never dead, just sleeping. _________________ nop
