Hey everyone.

I modified cmaked to work with both tango and phobos, and I also made it so that users don't have to have cmaked installed system wide (they can just run cmake as usual). I put together a sample project skeleton here:

Note that currently it only works with Linux-gdc platform, as I don't have any other platforms to test with!

If anyone wants to adapt to a new platform I'll be glad to assist.
