Description

Currently you only get 

"<Name of topic> [changed|created] by <nickname>"

I would like something like the below 

Forum: New topic "<name>" in forum <"name of forum"> by <nickname>
  "First few words of post with an ellipsis ..."

And when there is a reply or a change, that should be presented in a similar manner. As it is now, it is not possible to properly distinguish forum posts from wiki changes, if they have the same name.

Actually, noticed that the name of the forum is in body of the message - I still think most of the ticket applies though.

Formatting has been revised in [105] using the submitter's critique as a guideline; the events are much more distinct now. As a bonus, a small forum icon has also been added to help forum events stand out on the timeline.
