Windows install docs are outdated

Description

The WindowsInstall page is massively outdated (phobos.lib no longer needs replacing, downloads are not generally from trunk -> get zip, ...)

It would be nice if it could be much closer to the layout and contents of the LinuxInstallDmd page (or that they both are rewritten as to look better and more similar).

One thing that could be done, is having two sections, one first for downloading and installing a bundle, then a second one below for those who want to build.

This is documentation, but seriously needs to be fixed now.
