Darwin defs for stdc/posix

Description

I think I've gotten them all -- the missing darwin defs for the update Sean made to the stdc/posix files 3 weeks ago. This addresses ticket #632 (socklen_t definition which makes tango not compile on darwin).

None of the defs (among these) are processor or machine specific.

In the future, if there are darwin defs missing, feel free to post / let me know and I will track them down in a more timely fashion.

I'm attaching everything together in a text file -- if there's a better way, let me know.

(In [3098]) Added darwin socket defs. This closes #702.
