Page title needs fix

Description

The phrase "D programming language" needs to be used outside of the meta tag too. At the very least, I suggest "Tango - D programming language" in the title.

title done, as well as meta 'description' - seemingly Google doesn't like meta 'keywords' to say 'd programming language', or it doesn't care. But maybe description as well as title will do the trick.
