tango.util.time.Date has erroneous ddoc markup

This is a problem with the colons used in the various doc blocks. They probably need either some escaping and/or rewriting.

This now seems to be an issue in tango.time.Time instead after recent changes.

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to worksforme.

This module doesn't exist in this form anymore, and Time doesn't have any notable issues (there is one place where the : has been picked up wrongly as a label though).
