Allow a phobos compatibility library, to aid in porting

With one small change to object.di in Tango, it would be possible to build a trivial Phobos compatibility library, and most Phobos software could then be compiled under Tango. This allows porting to be a step-by-step process, instead of an all-at-once process. That's a necessity, in my opinion.

Attached is a patch that does all that is necessary in Tango. This makes /no difference/ if you don't have -version=PhobosCompatibility? on, and if you do, it only adds some aliases.
