Very important thing for net and game developers. Quite poorly documented here... 

# void length (uint newlen);
# uint dim ();

saying not much bout the use not many operation defined here also

what we connected with phobos (for now, but maybe we will swap to tango one day) bit array. Maybe some ideas will come to you.

Anyway some examples at the bottom would be nice

(In [3085]) Updated the documentation for BitArray? with complete descriptions of all routines. No examples are supplied, but I think the explanation should make things fairly obvious. This closes #275.
