Description

Consider whether an install program would be useful, one that could check for updates, download them and install.

Ticket's #96 and #97 aims to make simple first time install scripts, this seems to become something for later.

Gregor has a tool called DSSS under development, it is not unlikely that it will cover what was originally intended here. The hitch might be Tango itself, as it can be a special case when considering the internal runtime portion.

An installer for GDC+Posix has been written, and is in Tango SVN. I consider it to be done on GDC+Posix. Please assign to someone else for other installers.

JimPanic? has created one for DMD/Posix, and qbery has one for DMD/Win32. I think we can close this one.
