FileSystem.copy broken?

Description

Kris commented out this function in SVN, so presumably it don't work. The newest DMD makes it somewhat impossible to test here without major hassle, but the linux version did work using DMD 1.0

My mistake with then newest DMD, but copy does still work on linux using 1.0 afaics.
