Tracforums revision 69

Brad has installed tracforums revision 69.
This release has a slew of bugfixes attached to it. The next phase, to complete the Beta 1.0 milestone, will incorporate some nifty enhancements such as adding forum categorization support similar to what PHPBB does.

As usual, please post any bugs you find to either ticketing system. Any forum wishlist tickets should be posted over in the tracforums project (above) to help keep the tango tickets, tango-specific.
