Bringing back the win32 headers issue

To remind of this discussion http://www.digitalmars.com/webnews/newsgroups.php?art_group=digitalmars.D&article_id=67251 because of what Sean said: "From what you've said though, perhaps it's time to revisit this decision. If the full headers could be used in Tango without adversely affecting binary size then I'd certainly consider the idea." Hope you have some spare time to look on this issue. Regards, bobef
