Few small tango.sys.win32.Types issues

Posted: 02/28/08 07:51:10 Modified: 02/28/08 07:51:24 1) The alias of BOOL is conflicting with tango.sys.SharedLib? 2) IDC_ARROW, IDC_WAIT, etc. (cursors) are defined as char*, I believe the should be const char* 3) IDC_HAND is missing (the value is 32649)
