Idea to the ticket system

Posted: 10/25/07 10:53:23 I'm not sure how the ticket system works or if I'm missing something so tell if I'm wrong. I think it would be good if you submit a ticket containing a problem and you also have the solution it should be possible to indicate (that will be visible in the ticket list) that there is a solution in the ticket also and those tickets could be prioritized.
