If you get these missing symbols, this indicates that the linker has not loaded the user32.lib and kernel32.lib from the import lib zip file. Instead the .lib files from the DMD package were loaded. DMD comes with older versions of these libs. Overwrite the libs with the ones from the import lib zip file.
