Trees with headers don't paint all their pixels at the bottom

Description

I haven't had any luck in trying to fix this, so I thought it would be good to at least get it in the tracker.

The bottom row doesn't get drawn in a dwt.widget.Tree with a header.

The problem can be seen in

dwt-samples\snippets\tree\Snippet170.d

Don't know, but maybe this could be another signed/unsigned integer bug, like with the menus in Issue #17 ? (Anyway, #17's fix did not fix this)
