This also fails using the DSSS-DMD-WIN 0.75 package, using DMD 0.128. I think there's some issue with this build handing backslashes correctly under windows - see how the following paths are malformed.

C:\DOCUME~1\ETANDE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\make49242.sh: no matches found: *.di [1] make: *** [clean] Error 1 C:\DOCUME~1\ETANDE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\make47242.sh: cd: no such file or directory: commontango [1] make: *** [lib] Error 1 C:\DOCUME~1\ETANDE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\make46042.sh: no matches found: *.di [1] make: *** [clean] Error 1

The full dump of the output from "dsss net install tango" is attached.

Sorry, force of habit - that's DMD 1.028.

I also had to remove the bundled svn.exe prior to running this, since I had just upgraded to the latest SVN from tigris.org. Prior to that, I would get a library conflict of some kind when DSSS would attempt to run svn.exe.
