Bits are not updated in realloc() in certain cases

Description

In GC.reallocNoSync(ptr, size, bits) there are certain cases where the passed bits are not updated (for example if the original chunk of memory assigned to ptr has enough room to host the new size).

If this is intended behavior, I think it should be documented.
