* updated docs/credit.html with Lucas Goss' contribution
* correctly removed Makefile.linux from DerelictIL, which I had mistakenly deleted using the Windows shell command rather than the TortoiseSVN command
* added the READMEs for DerelictIL, -ILU, & -ILUT for real this time
