Install from inside Eclipse doesn't work

Hello, while using Eclipse's "Find and Install" feature with the DDT site produces the following error when the progress bar starts to appear: "Network connection problems encountered during search" with details:

Network connection problems encountered during search.

Unable to access "http://svn.dsource.org/projects/ddt/downloads".

Error parsing site stream. [The XML stream is not a valid default "site.xml" file. The root tag is not site.]
