dcrypt is released under the MIT license (also known as the X11 license). In essence, it pretty much says you can do whatever you want with the code, except to say that you wrote it. This license was specifically chosen because of its lax restrictions, making it more compatible with other projects. If you disagree with the licensing, then you are ugly and stupid. :) In all seriousness, with dcrypt being the only crypto library written in D that I'm aware of, I felt it was important to share it with everyone, even those who may not share in turn.
