Description

Add 2D lighting system in arc, based off of http://www.gamedev.net/reference/articles/article2032.asp.

I'm currently cleaning, commenting and updating my experimental implementation. If you can wait a few more days, we'll have a better base to start from.

I added the shadow stuff to arctests simply as a starting point to implement it in arc.
