derelictglu loads gluErrorUnicodeStringEXT on linux, but it seems this is a microsoft specific extension and thus not available on other platforms. I couldn't find much documentation about it, it's not on msdn. See also this topic on arclib: http://www.dsource.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4352

OK, this is the second time I've heard it's missing on Linux. I've commented it out in the trunk. I don't think this is Windows-only as I've seen Mac code that uses it. But it's not in the GLU specification, so I won't stress over it.
