DMD 0.109 fix

dmd 0.109 complained about forward references in DerelictPY. The remedy is in svn.

I've given myself a goal to finish DerelictPY this week. The wife, dogs and I are packing up and moving to a new house next Sunday. I may be without an internet connection for a week or more after. It would be nice to get the Python bindings completed before then (I'm getting sick of having it on the to-do list). I really, really want to get Derelict 0.2 out the door and move on to the next phase (which is nothing like my original list - I'm looking at GLFW, FreeImage, Allegro, and all sorts of stuff).

Looks like I'm not going to have the Python bindings done before the weekend. I've barely had time to breathe this week. But, the ISP guys should be to the new place on monday, so I'll only be without the internet for a day.
