Hi all,

I'm new here, and I would like to start learning D.

I will use Windows and OSX.

I would like to know, where to get a good IDE, database access, gui building etc....

I readed very good about D, and I would like to give a try.

I don't think that D has what would be considered a full-featured IDE yet, but it's getting closer. The Editors page has some links to programs that people have used with D. Much just offer syntax highlighting, but the Entice Designer has a GUI editor for DFL. If you're into Eclipse, you'd probably want to try Descent. Personally, I just use SciTE. SciTE isn't very fancy, but it works for me.

The Database page has projects related to using databases in D. I don't know what you're trying to do, but "D DBI" seems to provide the most options.

As far as GUI libraries go, several projects are listed on the GUI Libraries page. Some have been abandoned, but some are still active. Since you mentioned Mac and Windows, you might want to use wxD. If Windows-only isn't a problem, I'd recommend DFL (which I have some experience using). As I mentioned before, the Entice Designer will help you generate GUI code for a DFL project.
