Made a minor update. The load functions for each package now follow the same naming convention: <package_name>_Load() (ex. DerelictGL_Load()). Also changed the makefiles so that object output directories are created at build time and deleted when using 'make clean' and 'make cleanall'.

This also means I am back and ready to work on the project a bit more regularly. DerelictAL is upcoming, as well as a new addition to the hit list - DerelictPY. I am in need of a Python binding myself, so I'm going to make a Derelict-ized version of Deja Augustine's binding from here. I was leaning toward Lua, but I'm on a Python kick atm.
