Well I had hoped to work on MiniD more over Christmas break, but, well, other interests took hold and I couldn't get on a MiniD roll.. I've been working on the module/import system, and coming up with a surprisingly tricky algorithm for grouping together chains of identifiers into trees to minimize redundancy (when creating import namespaces for the module). Odd.
I had also hoped that I'd have had some kind of 1.0 to go along with D 1.0, but that obviously hasn't happened!
And now I'm back in class, and I've got the new Zelda game to worry about too (priorities, you know).
SO... unless something big happens, I don't know if MiniD will get worked on for a week or so. Hopefully by next weekend I'll have the module system done at the very least, and I'll be able to upload a version of MiniD made for D 1.0 (but not MiniD 1.0). I'd like to implement a new Python-like type system before MiniD 1.0.
