I've just committed support for all GL_EXT extensions along with a couple of bug fixes. This one was a doozy, so there are bound to be some errors somewhere. All of the extensions available on my card appear to load fine, but I'm worried about spelling errors in the proc address loading of the extensions I can't test.

Sometime in the not too distant future I need to set up a system to verify each extension. Some sort of checklist to make sure I didn't leave an extension out, that the extension and function name strings are spelled correctly, and that everything loads properly. Consider it on the todo list.

If anyone is using this yet, please let me know here of any issues you find.
