Hi,
I had to experience that MiniD does not compile with a current Tango snapshot, due to some changes in tango.io.FilePath. Unfortunately I can't remember which Tango revision i was using before. Could you please either tell me your Tango revision or update the MiniD code? I would have no problem with using an older Tango version, if I just knew the revision number i was using :/

Yeah Very Happy
Btw: I have found an older thread about dynamic libs in this forum. Have planned to include such an opportunity ?
Maybe that ticket could be interesting for you: http://www.dsource.org/projects/tango/ticket/742

When DDL is in a usable state. I don't know if it even works with post-1.0 D compilers.

The problem is that on Windows, DLLs are just not usable. The problem is deeper than just the GC; typeinfo is completely borked and it makes it impossible to do anything useful with DLLs. So I'm waiting for DDL to get to some kind of usable state before adding such plugin behavior.

[edit] A bit off topic, but I notice that all your posts have been in the MiniD forum. Just wondering, have you been part of the D community for long? And if not, how did you find out about MiniD?

Ok, so I have to wait, too :/ Unfortunately DDL does not seem, to be very active... Crying or Very sad We'll see.

I noticed D about a year ago and started learning it a few months ago. I found MiniD searching for an easy way of extending my irc bot and i'm still very impressed of it Smile
