In short: No, Arc can't do it yet. In fact, our error handling is pretty poor all around. Mostly, we do just throw a generic exception if something doesn't work.
However, this is an area in which we definitely want to improve. If you have written error handling code for IMG_Load to figure out your error, we'd be delighted to incorporate it into Arc. |

Where did you get that code from? I've updated the tango branches to include a little bit more information. I'd recommend to use DSSS to get arclib, as well.
