h3r3tic (Tom S.) has allowed me to use his font rendering code from his deadlock project, which he told me was a bsd license.
I suspected that it did print crisper fonts at smaller sizes, and I did a side by side comparison and you can tell the difference.
His code uses SDL_ttf for the rendering and a caching system and font manager, supports both char and dchar.
I made the API pretty much match the old font API, with the expection of drawMulti for multi line drawings.
Usage example in Bfont.d arcunittest/ folder
So... the new font rendering code is in. Enjoy the crispness...
